Worked as a children's librarian in public libraries, then an academic librarian in community colleges, finally an instructor in library technical services and environmental science.

Didn't apply for Honors because I wanted to focus on community organizing in Philadelphia, where I spent more than half my time during the latter half of college. This orientation served me well in numerous situations later in life.
